It is the time of year that I often make a large batch of chili for dinner. I always make sure to make extra so that we can eat it for several days. But I try to change it up and serve it in different ways so that we are not having the exact same chili dinner every night.
This week on the plan I am making a bit batch of chili and we will eat it as chili and then as two other meals later in the week.
Here is the menu plan:
Slow Cooked Chili– I will make a big pot of this to last several meals
Oven Frito Pie– using left over chili
Chili Corn Dog Pie also using leftover chili
