Nakano Splash

The weather is warming up and this means it is the perfect time of year to enjoy salad. What I especially love about salad this time of year is that we have fresh lettuce from the garden. And fresh lettuce means that I will be making a lot of homemade salad dressing.

One of the main ingredients in most homemade salad dressing is vinegar and one of my favorite vinegars to use is Nakano. It is so easy to change up the taste of your salad dressing by using one of Nakano’s flavored vinegars.

Right now Nakano has a campaign going on on Facebook and they are giving away some great prizes. The Grand Prize is a new, top of the line refrigerator. Second Prize is a Juicer or Blender and Third Prize is a Selection of Nakano Vinegars plus a cooking accessory (i.e. garlic press or lemon zester).

All you have to do to enter is like the NAKANO Facebook page and enter a splash tip using NAKANO’s Seasoned Rice Vinegars for a chance to win. (If you need some ideas for Splash Tips you can find a few examples here.)

Sweepstakes ends on 5/17/11

Entrants must fill out the sweepstakes form and include a “splash tip”-ie a tip on how to “Splash On” Nakano rice wine vinegars to add flavor to your meals.

Limit one (1) Entry per person and/or email address per day.

For more information and the official rules please see here.

I was compensated for my time in writing this post, but my thoughts and opinions are my own. I have used and love Nakano products for years.
