A Simple Thanksgiving Dessert To Serve Your Gluten Free Family and Friends

Crustless Pumpkin Pie

I know a lot of my readers have gluten free family and friends, so I wanted to be sure to tell you about the crustless pumpkin pie I am sharing over in my allergy section today.

My crustless pumpkin pie is a simple dessert to serve someone that is gluten free. It is simple to make because it does not have any odd gluten free ingredients in it. The pie contains everyday pantry staples.

Often times gluten free people feel left out during the holidays because there is so much food they cannot eat. So this is an easy dessert to make that will make your gluten free family and friends feel like they are eating the same thing as everyone else.

If you make this though, I recommend you not making it at the same time as you are baking with flour in the kitchen. Make this the day before, or at a time when no flour is being used, so that the risk of cross contamination is less.

Have any of you ever made a crustless pumpkin pie or any other crustless pie before?
