When it comes to gluten free cooking and eating, people often think it must taste bad or at least taste strange. I will admit that I have eaten a few bad gluten free things, but that is not the case with most gluten free food. Gluten free food can and should taste great. Gluten free food can and should taste normal.

I love sharing quick and easy recipes on my site. I have shared many, both in my main section and in my gluten free section. I am busy like all of you. I need quick and easy recipes just like you. So today I thought I would highlight a few of my favorite quick and easy gluten free recipes.
It is no secret that I love baked oatmeal. It is one of my family’s favorite breakfasts. It is also very easy to make gluten free by just using gluten free oats. Baked oatmeal is one of those breakfasts that no one would think about being gluten free because it is normal food that everyone will enjoy. Baked eggs cups are another favorite in our house. They are so easy to make and yet so impressive. These are also easy to make gluten free simply by making sure your ham or Canadian bacon is gluten free.
We eat a lot of Mexican food at our house. Not only do we enjoy it, it is also easy to make gluten free. Tacos are one of our favorites. We use either Udi’s gluten free tortillas or corn tortillas. I also use homemade taco seasoning because it is the easiest way to be sure it is gluten free. Gluten is often hidden in seasoning mixes, so I prefer to make as many myself as I can.
Homemade gluten free macaroni and cheese is another meal that is easy to make gluten free. All you need to do is use gluten free pasta.
If you are one that loved those famous hamburger meals that came in a box, you can easily make a gluten free version of those at home. And of course we can’t forget about dessert. These fudgy gluten free brownies are one of my favorite gluten free desserts. I have taken these to so many places and served them to many guests over the last few years. No one knows they are gluten free. They are that good. These are rich and fudgy and so delicious. And they are gluten free.
See gluten free can be delicious! It can also be quick and easy to make. And it can and should taste great!
