Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Easy cookie recipe that is also gluten free.

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and stir with a wooden spoon until smooth.
  2. Take about 1 heaping tablespoon of dough and roll between your hands to form a smooth ball. Place the balls of dough on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten slightly or press with a fork. 

  3. Bake the cookies at 350 until the cookies are puffed and lightly golden, about 10 minutes. Remove the baking sheets from the oven and let the cookies cool on the sheets for 4-5 minutes. Then remove them onto wire racks to cool.
