Tomato Salad is an easy summer side dish.
Place tomatoes in a bowl. Set aside.
In a small bowl or measuring cup whisk together oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, sugar, parsley, basil, and oregano. Pour over tomatoes and gently stir to coat.
Stir in feta cheese.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight to blend flavors together.
Serve and refrigerate leftovers.
