Slow Cooked Chicken Chili without Beans

Easy slow cooked chili without beans.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken
  • 1 14 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 2 8 ounce cans tomato sauce
  • 1 can corn drained
  • 2 14 ounce cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder more or less depending on how spicy you like it
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in slow cooker. 

  2. Add remaining ingredients to slow cooker and stir. 

  3. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 4 hours. Or until chicken is done. 


  4. Break chicken apart or shred for serving soup. 


  5. Serve with cheese, sour cream, etc.
