Chocolate Raspberry Bark

Easy two ingredient dessert!

  • 2 cups semi sweet chocolate or dark chocolate
  • 3/4 cup freeze dried raspberries If the raspberry pieces are large I crush them slightly.


  1. Line a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan with a silicone mat or parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl melt chocolate. Cooking at 50% power and stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
  3. Stir in dried raspberries. 

  4. Spread chocolate mixture out onto silicone mat or parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate until firm.
  6. Break into pieces and store in the refridgerator until ready to serve.
