Homemade Panera Bread Potato Soup

This creamy copycat Panera Bread potato soup is one of my family’s favorite meals during the fall and winter.

I originally shared this recipe way back in my early years of blogging. It was actually in my first year of my website. The meal is still a family favorite, so I wanted to highlight it today for those that may have missed it the first time I shared it.

Copycat Panera Bread Potato Soup

This is one of those simple quick and easy meals. You can have this on the table in less than 30 minutes. It is that easy and that good. And although the Panera version does not have bacon in it, my family loves adding it because bacon does make everything better.

If you have not tried my copycat Panera Bread potato soup recipe, but sure to give it a try.
