Need some last minute easy candy recipes?

Tiger Bark

Christmas is just a few days away and New Year’s celebrations will quickly follow it. It is the time of year that we need easy last minute treats, snacks, and desserts.

A friend texted me the other day asking for some easy food gift ideas. I instantly thought of different barks and candies that I have made over the years that were all quick and easy to make.

Those texts back and forth inspired this post because I am pretty sure she isn’t alone.

We all need those last minute gift ideas to give people we work with, family members, or to serve at family and church gatherings over the next two weeks.

After texting her several recipe links, I decided to put them together in a post for you.

These are my favorite quick and easy candy recipes that I have shared over the years. These are all family favorites and the ones we make year after year.

These recipes also all make great food gifts. Buy a simple holiday plate, bowl, or bag and fill it with easy homemade candy. It is a gift people are sure to love!
