Young Living Essential Oils

Young Living Essential Oils

Cooking with Essential Oils

I have been blogging and creating recipes online since 2008. In 2013, I fell in love with Young Living and their products. Over the last few years I have found myself using more and more of their products.

One of my favorite products is their line of Vitality oils. I started adding them to recipes several years ago and found myself using them more and more. I now have a container in my kitchen just for keeping my Young Living Vitality oils in. I love having easy access to them in the kitchen.

I started out just adding a drop here and there to recipes, but the more I used them the more I realized the amazing flavor they added to recipes. One or two drops gives food so much more flavor than a dried spice. I also love that I always have them on hand, unlike with fresh herbs.

As I have used them more and more I started writing down and keeping track of what I was doing. After talking to a few friends I realized that many people don’t know anything about cooking with essential oils. It is something they didn’t realize that you could do. I want to fix that!

I have a notebook full of tips and recipes that I have used essential oils in. I want to share them with you. I want you to love using essential oils in your kitchen as much as I do. I have quite a few projects planned, so stay tuned. For now you can follow along on my Oily Kitchen Adventures Instagram account where I am sharing tips and ideas for using essential oils in cooking.

I will admit though that the only oils I use for cooking are Young Living. They are oils I can trust and their Vitality line is made for foods and dietary supplements.

Although I love and use the Vitality line of oil, there are so many Young Living products we love and use almost every day.

YL products we love

These are just a few of the products we use regularly. I don’t let us run out of these because we use them all the time. I think I might actually love the products they offer as must as the individual oils.

If you are new to essential oils I would love to share with you why I love and use Young Living. They are a brand I can trust!

YL Starter Kit

I highly recommend becoming a wholesale member. It is a great way to give oils a try.

You can absolutely purchase Young Living Essential Oils (the only oils I trust enough to tell you about) as a customer. One word of caution: these are high quality therapeutic grade oils, and they have the price tag to go with it (ouch!). Retail pricing is easy to avoid, though.

I signed up as a Young Living Wholesale Member back in 2013 for one reason:  the wholesale discount. I get all my oils for 24% off the retail price. Who doesn’t love to save money?!

wholesale

Why buy through me? Because you are purchasing more than a product. I want to help you learn to love and use your essential oils daily. Both in the kitchen and for the overall wellness of your family.

Is there a monthly order minimum?

NO. You can just order what you need when you need it.

Are you **absolutely sure** there are no monthly order requirements?

To retain an active account, you have to place one 50PV minimum order per year. If you miss that deadline, you can reactivate your account by calling Young Living Member Services with a 50PV (point volume) order. Very simple to do.

What kit do you recommend that I get started with?

I highly recommend one of the amazing Premium Starter Kits because it gets you the most bang for your buck! I’m a bit partial to the Premium Starter Kit with the Home Diffuser or the Dewdrop Diffuser {11 bottles of oil!} because it’s what I started with, but the Thieves and NingXia Red kits are also a wonderful way to begin your Young Living journey.

If you have questions about the difference between the kits, just shoot me an email! I would love to help you decide what is best for you! [email protected]
