how to be gluten free

My friend Linda, The Gluten Free Homemaker, recently wrote an ebook called, How to Be Gluten Free. I love this ebook.

This is the ebook I wish I had to read when I first went gluten free. I read a lot of gluten free books those first few months I was gluten free, but many of those book just added to the overwhelmed feeling that I had at the time.

Gluten free can be very challenging especially those first few months of figuring out what you can and cannot eat. Linda covers that and more. She deals with the emotional side of giving up gluten. She talks about cross contamination and setting up a safe kitchen.

She deal with gluten free vitamins, medications, and personal care products. She covers the basics and more.

What I love about this ebook is how simple Linda keeps it. She includes all the basic information, but in simple and clear way. Linda has been gluten free for over ten years, so she writes this ebook with experience. She gets gluten free.

If you are new to gluten free or know someone that is, I highly recommend How to Be Gluten Free. This really is the ebook I wish I had when I first went gluten free.

And for those of you that have been gluten free like me for a few years, I think you will also learn some tips and ideas from this ebook.
