Ice Storm 2010

This is what I woke up to this morning.

Thankfully I have no where to go today.

Because although ice is very pretty,

it creates quite a mess.

So today I am sitting back and trying to see the beauty in this winter storm.

Is it currently snowing, so it might get worse before it gets better,

but for now I am thankful that we still have our electricity, although I am guessing it may not last for long.

You’re right – that’s a good day for staying in! We are just now getting the rain, I think the cold is behind it, but down here in coastal Mississippi, nothing like this, thankfully! Gotta admit, it’s sure pretty though.

    Stay warm.
