Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Honey Pumpkin Muffins

I love pumpkin. It is one of my favorite ingredients to use in my fall and winter baking. And today I am sharing Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Honey Pumpkin Muffins.

These are so good. I have made them three times over the last two weeks and my kids have loved them every time.

If you want these to be a little healthier, just leave the chocolate chips out, but really they are best with the chocolate chips because chocolate makes everything better. 🙂

  2. Hi! Just found this recipe. Do you think you could substitute unsweetened apple sauce instead of the oil? I usually do that, but not sure how it will hold up in a GF recipe. Thank you!

    • GF is a little harder to do that and since these already have pumpkin in them, I am not sure how it will work. I would try substituting part of the oil with applesauce and see how that works before you replace all of it.
