Is it Friday already?! I felt like I was playing catch up from the holidays and time off all week, so the week went by so fast.

Today I decided to highlight the best of January from the archives. I always enjoy looking through the archives to find links for these posts because I often find a recipe or two I forgot about. This month is no different and I have several I am going to put on the menu plan again soon.
