5 Ingredient Chili-

This 5 Ingredient Chili is the perfect recipe for a busy day. It is hearty and delicious. It goes together in no time and uses only a few ingredients. Recipes like that are some of the best recipes to have.

I know chili from a can is popular. I am sure many of you have it sitting in your cupboard. And I have been known to buy an occasional can over the years. But why buy chili from a can when you can make a recipe as easy as this.

Now, I know that chili cooked all day, especially in the crock pot, is full of flavor. It is still my favorite way to cook it, but when I need a quick get it on the table in 30 minutes, I did not have time to put it in the crock pot, type of meal, this chili is what I go for.

Quick, easy, and delicious! This is also a meal that anyone can put together, so it is a great meal to teach kids and teens to make.

5 Ingredient Chili

5 Ingredient Chili

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds
    ground beef
  • 1 can
    beef broth
  • 2 cans
    black or kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 teaspoon
    chili powder, more if you want more spice
  • 24 ounces
    salsa
Cooking Directions
  1. In a pan brown ground beef until done. Drain off any fat.
  2. Add broth, beans, chili powder, and salsa.
  3. Stir well to combine.
  4. Cook for about 25-30 minutes on low heat.
  5. Serve with shredded cheese if desired.
