I have a couple of questions for you? Have u ever cooked vegetables, like broccoli (or broccoli casserole) in the slow cooker? I have an oven with only a top element working and also being small need to be creative in cooking side dishes for tomorrow.
Also, i saw a recipe idea for “enchilada skillet bake” on your blog but couldn’t find it on your recipe index?
