New Mixing Bowls, Dinner Rolls, Mint Coconut Milk, and More

I bought these bowls recently at Target and I love them. I didn’t need them, but I just couldn’t pass them up!

The colors are very similar to my Fiestaware so they go great with my other dishes. I think they would make great Christmas gifts! I got mine at Target, but Amazon has them also.

I am not dairy free, but my daughter eats mainly dairy free. I got some of this Mint Coconut Milk for her and we both love it. I think I may be enjoying it even more than she is. It is so good! It is good cold, but it is even better heated up for hot chocolate! So very good!

I have been trying hard to only read a couple of books at a time. My reading stack pretty much says I have failed with that. I am currently reading a book about chicken farming, one about cleaning my house, one on the titanic, and one on an Olympic athlete. Plus like three others on my kindle. I think I need to admit I can’t read just one book at a time! And I am loving Upstairs at the White House! If you love history it is a fun read.

I am hoping to make a trip to Trader Joes this weekend. I have not been in a couple of months and I have quite a list. I am also looking over all your comments on my What Should I Buy At Trader Joe’s post. There are several suggestions like the coconut oil spray I am also hoping to get. Any other suggestions?

I hope you have a great weekend!

I was JUST at Trader Joe’s today and found this new item, SOFT BAKED DRIZZLED GINGERBREAD OAT BARS, gluten free and a box contains 5 bars. I had one and they were very good. Nutritional profile good as well, 140 calories, 5g. Fat, 90 mg. sodium, 3 gm. Fiber, 10 g. Sugar and 3g. Protein. I found them to be a great pick me up afternoon snack. $2.49 per box. Definitely recommend! 😊
