We just ate your Sour Cream Pancakes for supper today. I believe that we all give them a thumbs up. I liked how moist they were. I’ve been searching for a faithful recipe for pancakes and I am definitely going to put this one in my recipe book. Thanks so much for this Breakfast ebook. It gave me great ideas, so much that I’m wanting to eat breakfast foods for all 3 meals! 🙂
Lynn
@Kimberly, Thank you for letting me know how much your family enjoyed them. I am so glad that you are enjoying the ebook. We love breakfast for any meal in our house. 🙂

Hi Lynn! I finally succeeded in getting the ebook, but I already have a question. On your recipe for Oven Omelet RollUps, you’ve left out the instructions for what to do with the sour cream, salsa and part of the cheese. I’m assuming you mix them with the eggs and sausage, but how much cheese?
Wendy
@Lynn,
CORRECTION! The Overnight Eggs, not the Oven Omelet RollUp. Sorry.
But, that brings up another question. On the rollup (or any rollup), when it says start at the short end, does that mean the rollup will be short and fat or long and skinny? I’ve never understood, yet always thought rolling from the long side made the most sense. Clarification? Thanks!
Lynn
@Wendy, I am glad that you were able to successfully get the ebook. I am sorry on that egg recipe. That recipe is actually also on my site and I did a step by step of it, so you can see the full recipe on my site. But yes you basically dump everything together. https://www.lynnskitchenadventures.com/2010/02/overnight-eggs.html
On the roll up if you start with the short end so that you have more swirls and you roll, if that makes sense. So, yes shorter and fatter. Otherwise on this recipe there would not be enough rolls and it would be more likely to fall apart. I hope that helps.
