It is July which means it is hot in most parts of the country. Last week Oklahoma had a cooler than normal week, but this week we are back to hot and humid weather. This means that most of us do not want to turn on our oven anymore than we have to. So today I thought I would share a few of my favorite summer grilling recipes.

What is your favorite thing to grill during the summer?
Grilling is one of my favorite things about summer. We usually grill burgers, chicken, fish, and sometimes veggies. Thanks for the great links. I’ve never grilled carrots before, and that Chipotle Orange Chicken looks delish. Thanks, again!
