If you eat gluten free you need this list of Trader Joe’s gluten free products.

outside of Trader Joe's in Oklahoma

I have been a long-time fan of Trader Joe’s. I grew up on the West Coast, which is where Trader Joe’s was founded.

When Trader Joe’s came to Oklahoma in 2016, I was so excited. It has not been a weekly grocery stop for me because it is not in an area I often go to, but every couple of months I go to Trader Joe’s to stock up on my favorite products, especially their gluten-free items.

However, there is a new Trader Joe’s in Oklahoma that is closer to me and I am so excited to be able to go more often.

Not everyone has a Trader Joe’s near them, but if you eat gluten free and have a Trader Joe’s near you, you should give them a try.

Today, I am sharing my favorite Trader Joe’s gluten-free products and products that we recently bought to try.

The products listed below are not the only gluten-free products that Trader Joe’s offers, but they are the ones I have personally purchased and enjoyed.

And this is not a sponsored post. Trader Joe’s has no clue who I am, and I bought all the products in the pictures with my own money.

trader joes gluten free bagels, cookies, waffles, fish, muffins, donuts

Favorite Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Products

Frozen Gluten Free Battered Halibut – I’m a big fan of this gluten-free battered fish. I keep it on hand for quick and easy dinners. They are also delicious for a fish sandwich. I was never a huge fan of McDonald’s, but I used to love their fish sandwich. I now make a homemade version of it with this gluten-free battered halibut.

Frozen Gluten Free Breaded Shrimp – My family also loves the Trader Joe’s Frozen Gluten Free Breaded Shrimp. Even my husband, who doesn’t have to eat gluten free, enjoys this shrimp. It is another frozen item that I keep on hand for easy dinners.

Gluten Free Toaster Waffles – These make a great breakfast. If you miss frozen waffles, these are a delicious gluten free option.

Gluten Free Jo Jo’s – These get mixed reviews in my family. I think they are okay, but are not quite like the real thing in taste or texture. They do work well for making a gluten-free graham cracker-type crust. Around the holidays, they sell a candy cane version of the gluten-free Jo Jo’s that I think are better than the plain ones.

Gluten Free Bagels – The Trader Joe’s gluten-free bagels are one of the better gluten-free bagels that I can find in my area, especially for the price. I like to use them for bagel breakfast sandwiches.

Gluten Free English Muffins – I have tried quite a few gluten free English muffins over the years. They are something that I miss. The Trader Joe’s gluten free English muffins are good, especially for the price.

Gluten Free Bread– The Trader Joe’s gluten free bread is not our favorite gluten free bread, but it is good. It is also one of the cheaper gluten free breads that I can find in my area.

trader joes gluten free muffins and donut holes

Gluten Free Glazed Chocolate Donut Holes – The first time I had these was at a friend’s house and they were so good! She told me that she buys them and keeps them in the freezer for when she wants a gluten free treat. Now they are a must-buy when I go to Trader Joe’s, and you can almost always find some in my freezer.

Gluten Free Muffins – I love Trader Joe’s gluten free muffins.Yes, I love homemade gluten-free muffins and have many recipes on my site, but the Trader Joe’s gluten-free muffins are so good for a store-bought gluten-free muffin. I have also recomended them to friends that need something gluten free for company or church breakfasts.

We have loved the chocolate, blueberry, pumpkin, cinnamon, and strawberry. Basically we have loved all the gluten free muffins at Trader Joe’s that we have tried.

trader joes cookies

Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Cookies – These are a recent find for us. I bought them the last time I was at Trader Joe’s, and they are decent for a store-bought gluten-free cookie. Homemade is way better, but for a pre-made gluten-free cookie, they are not bad.

trader joes gluten free pie crust, waffles, and ravioli

Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Pumpkin Ravioli – These are a seasonal item for Trader Joe’s that I was so excited to find. They make a great, quick, and easy dinner.

Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Pie Crust – I love pie, and I have made a good homemade gluten-free pie crust, but sometimes I just want something easy. I have tried multiple premade gluten-free pie crusts and usually don’t like them. I am excited to try the Trader Joe’s pie crust.

Trader Joe's products in shopping cart

Trader Joe’s Guacamole – Trader Joe’s has several different types of guacamole and we have enjoyed all the ones that we have tried. It is not labeled gluten-free, but it contains no gluten ingredients.

Trader Joe’s Pizza Sauce – We also love the Trader Joe’s pizza sauce for homemade gluten-free pizza. This is not a gluten-free product, and it is not labeled gluten-free, but it does not contain gluten.

Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Ravioli – The Trader Joe’s gluten free ravioli is also really good for an easy gluten free dinner.

Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Fettuccine – I was so excited when I saw this at Trader Joe’s last time I went. We have not tried it yet, but I am excited to try it.

Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Pumpkin Pancake Mix – I saw this at Trader Joe’s last time I went and decided to try it. Honestly, I don’t have high hopes for it because we have had mixed thoughts on the gluten-free mixes we have tried at Trader Joe’s. I will let you know what we think when we try it.

trader joes cornbread mix, baking mix and madeleine

Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Madeleine Cookies – The rest of the items on this list are things we love or look forward to trying, but I added these because I wouldn’t recommend them. The texture was not great on these. I ate part of one, and the rest went in the trash. They may work in a recipe, but I won’t be buying them again.

Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Cornbread Mix – This was a recent find for me that I had not seen before. I have not tried it yet, but I look forward to trying it soon.

Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Baking Mix – This is another item that I only recently found at Trader Joe’s and have not tried yet. This is another one I don’t have high hopes for.

trader joes yogurt, and salmon

These items are not specifically gluten free, but they are all items that are gluten free that we enjoy.

Trader Joe’s Smoked Salmon Fillet – I grew up in the Pacific Northwest. Growing up in Salmon country, I have eaten a lot of salmon. Trader Joe’s Smoked Salmon Fillet is one of my favorite ways to buy salmon in middle America. It has great flavor and makes for an easy lunch or dinner.

Trader Joe’s Yogurt – We love Trader Joe’s yogurt. Both the regular and the Greek yogurt are must buys when we stop at Trader Joe’s. It is so creamy and has great flavor.

Trader Joe’s Ice Cream – We have enjoyed every flavor of Trader Joe’s ice cream that we have tried.

dairy free trader joes products

My daughter eats dairy-free and gluten-free, so I wanted to highlight a few of the dairy-free and vegan items that she loves at Trader Joe’s.

Trader Joe’s Vegan Pesto – This is really good for a vegan pesto. My daughter buys it almost every time she goes to Trader Joe’s.

Trader Joe’s Vegan Ice Cream – This is one of my daughter’s favorite dairy-free ice creams.

Trader Joe’s Vegan Salad Dressing – This is one of her favorite dairy-free salad dressings to buy.

Trader Joe’s Dairy Free Whipped Topping – We have tried several dairy free whipped toppings over the years and this is a good one.

Trader Joe’s Vegan Onion Dip – This dairy free onion dip is so hard to find. They do not often stock it, but when we can find it, we buy it. According to my daughter, it is really good.

Now I would love to hear what your favorite Trader Joe’s gluten-free products or vegan products are to buy.
