Double Chocolate Bundt Cake

Need a gift for someone that loves to bake? Have a lot of holiday baking to do? Has the bundt pan you received as a wedding gift twenty years ago seen better days?

Last week in my favorite finds post I mentioned that I ordered a new bundt pan. I did order that pan, but I also ended up buying a second bundt pan.

The bundt pan that I have is wearing out. The non stick coating is starting to peel off and I knew I had quite a bit of holiday baking to do this year. Bundt cakes are one of the things I love to make during the holidays. They are usually easy to make and several different kinds served on platters makes for a pretty dessert display.

So I bought this pan and this USA Pan one. I used the USA Pan one twice this week. It is now my all time favorite bundt pan. I am sure I will use the other new pan when I need to make two cakes, but the USA Pan one will be my go to bundt pan.

Let me just say that this is not a sponsored post. The post contains affiliate links, but that is it. I am just sharing a product that I bought and love. And I love my new USA Pan bundt pan.

It is no secret that I love USA Pan bakeware. I have posted about my love of their pans before.

Their muffin pans are my favorite muffin pans. I love them. If you need new muffin pans, you will love them. They would also make a great gift. Their cookie sheets, cake pans, and every other pan that I have tried have all been amazing. They are pretty much the only pans I use now.

Last year I saw that USA Pan came out with a bundt style pan, but I had not seen it on Amazon or in stores. I didn’t want to spend the money buying it straight from the company, so I waited. Last week when I was looking at new bundt pans, I was so excited to see that Amazon is now selling it. The USA Pan bundt style pan went right into my cart.

I used it this week and it is by far the best bundt style pan that I have used.

See that picture right there? I didn’t oil that pan? No oil. No non-stick spray. Nothing. Yes, you read that right. I didn’t oil the bundt pan and the cake came right out.

Double Chocolate Bundt Cake

I simply poured the cake batter straight into the pan and baked it. The cake came out and the clean up was easy! You can’t always say that about bundt cakes and pans.

The non-stick ability of USA Pans is why I love them. That and how evenly they cook, especially when it comes to gluten free baking. Gluten free baking can be challenging. USA Pan makes it easy.

If you need a new bundt pan or need a gift for someone that loves to cook. Give USA Pan bakeware a try. You will love it!

I will be sharing the cake recipe pictured above next week. It is a favorite at our house and is perfect for the holidays.

I’ve heard so many good things about USA Pans. When I need to replace mine, I’m going to give them a try. And, thanks for the recipes. You’ve reminded me that I need to make a rum cake for Christmas! 😀
