    Looks like Cress, rather like the stuff labeled “Garden Cress” the last time I got some at the grocery. I would guess different produce suppliers have different names for it. Water cress has smaller leaves. I used to pick it from a small stream near my parents house. In late winter and early spring still see it growing in the canals around us where I live now, but they are too polluted with trash to trust gathering.

    It’s water cress, right? I don’t care for it, but my husband’s grandma makes a traditional Japanese New Year’s soup that has this in it.
