Crispy Marshmallow Squares

For day two of our Twelve Days of Christmas I am sharing Crispy Marshmallow Squares. These are the perfect quick and easy holiday candy. They only contain three ingredients. You cannot get much more simple than that.

  1. Oh, Lynn!! 2/2! These remind me of my dad’s favorite – nut goodie bar. Chocolate, peanuts, peanut butter & marshmallows. But, as you know, those are now off limits. So, these will be a great substitute. Thanks.

    • These are based on an old recipe that I made with peanut butter. I was surprised that they turned out so well without the pb. No nuts and peanuts has made be creative when it comes to candy making, which is probably a good thing because I am finding all kinds of new favorites.

  3. Oh my goodness!!! And you don’t even have to melt the marshmallows and get your pots all messy like with regular rice krispie treats! I LOVE THIS and I can’t wait to try it!
