As many of you know I eat gluten free and so do my two daughters. I sometimes talk gluten free here in my main section, but I try to keep most of my gluten free talk and recipes for my gluten free section. I have never wanted to overwhelm my regular, non gluten free readers, with gluten free stuff.

I know I have a growing number of gluten free readers though so I am working on ways to keep a balance of regular kitchen talk with gluten free kitchen talk.

One of the ways that I am doing this is by doing a Periscope every Monday where I talk gluten free. If you have missed the last few you can get the links to the replays on my scope page. I have shared my gluten free story, talked about gluten free flour blends, and shared some of my favorite gluten free dinners.

Another thing I am working on is a new Gluten Free Newsletter!

This will be a special newsletter, separate from my blog updates emails, that I will send out a couple of times a month. I will not spam you or overwhelm your inbox. I want this to be helpful gluten free information.

My goal with this new newsletter is to share gluten free tips, recipes, behind the scene stuff that is going on, and gluten free things that I am working on that I don’t share on my site. This will be extra bonus stuff, but will be all gluten free.

I want this newsletter to be useful to you. Gluten free can be challenging and I want to help make it easier for those that are gluten free or know someone that is gluten free.

All you have to do is enter your email in the box above and click subscribe.

One of the things that I want to do with this newsletter is to interact with you all. If you have thoughts, questions, or need help adapting a recipe please let me know. I really do want this to be helpful gluten free information. So let me know what you want, what you need help with, or what you want me to share.

And if you are not gluten free, but know someone that is gluten free feel free to share this with them so they can sign up. I really want this to be helpful to those that are gluten free.
