Best 100 Juices for Kids {Cooking Through My Collection}

Today for my Cooking Through My Collection series I am excited to be sharing my friend Jessica’s new cookbook. Jessica and I met in 2010 at a blog conference, but I feel like I have known her much longer than that. Jessica and I both started websites about the same time. I am really not sure how we found each other’s sites, but Jessica and […]

Chocolate Coffee Ice Cream Soda

I know many of you love coffee. And you don’t just love it, you really love it and can’t live without it. You love the flavor, you love the taste, you just love everything about coffee.  My husband is not a big regular coffee drinker, but he loves iced coffee and frappuccino type drinks. In other words, he is one of those people that likes some […]

Summertime Drinks {All Non-Alcoholic}

Summertime is the best time for fun drinks to cool off with, so today I thought I would share a few fun ideas that work well for any age. Yes, these are all family friendly, safe for the kids. Now, my family loves Red Robin because our local one is very allergy friendly. I know this varies by restaurant, but our Red Robin is always great and so nice when it comes to dealing with our family’s […]

Homemade Raspberry Lemonade {My New Favorite Summertime Drink}

I made raspberry lemonade recently when we had friends over for dinner and I think it was the hit of the party. I made regular homemade lemonade and one pitcher of homemade raspberry lemonade. Well, I should have made more raspberry lemonade because it was gone in no time. I have never made homemade lemonade until recently and I can not believe I waited so […]

Homemade Frappuccino Anyone?

I know I have mentioned before that I am a bit strange when it comes to coffee. In other words I am in the small minority that actually dislikes coffee. I do not like the smell or the taste. I do not like it black, full of sugar and cream, or from Starbucks. However, I know the vast majority of people disagree with me on […]

Pineapple Orange Smoothies

This pineapple orange smoothie is one of my kids’ favorite smoothies. My daughter and I love this with a banana or two added, but my other daughter and son prefer it with no banana. Either way though, this is a smoothie we make and enjoy all the time. This is also a smoothie that we love to freeze and use throughout the week.
