Do you need a last minute dessert or candy for your Christmas parties and family gatherings over the next two weeks? Today’s list of recipes is for you.

Christmas Candy On table

Every year we have a Christmas party for my husband’s business. We have varied how we do it over the years, but I always make all the desserts.

Whatever is left over gets divided between everyone so that they have a plate or dish of Christmas desserts to take home to their family.

I shared some of what I made on Instagram and Facebook, but I wanted to share a complete list of what I made here too. Most of the recipes are quick and easy recipes that contain fairly basic ingredients.

I hope that it helps you find a new dessert to make over the holidays.

Christmas Desserts 2022

I only cook gluten free so all of these recipes are gluten free. However, don’t let that stop you from making them. They are all normal food that is simply gluten free. The brownies are the only recipe that contains special gluten free ingredients.

homemade snickers bars on parchment paper

Homemade Snickers Bars. Here is where I admit that these didn’t make it to the party. I have not made these in years. We enjoyed them so much that we ended up not sharing them. However, these are a favorite of family and friends. If you need a fun dessert to make this is a great one.

heath bar pieces in glass pan

Homemade Heath Bars. Aka homemade toffee. These are a favorite of everyone. I always get requests for this one. The few years that I have not made it everyone asks why I didn’t make it.

brownie's with frosting in white dish

Gluten Free Brownies with Candy Cane Frosting. These are rich and fudgy brownies topped with a candy cane cream cheese frosting. These are so good that no one could believe that they were gluten free.

Caramel Chex Mix Recipe with m&m's on cookie sheet and red napkin

Caramel Chex Mix. This is a cross between caramel corn and Chex Mix. It is one of my favorite fun and different holiday treats to make.

Chocolate Candy Cane Chex Mix on baking sheet with small bags in front

Chocolate Candy Cane Chex Mix. I am going to post the recipe soon, but I basically made this recipe for Candy Cane Muddy Buddies from the Chex website. This is the first time I made it and I loved it. I will be making it again.

Pretzel Bark

Chocolate Pretzel Bark. My daughter offered to help make some of the food for the party. This is one of the recipes that she made. If you need a super easy dessert this is for you. It is also a great recipe for kids to make.

Three Ingredient Chocolate Peppermint Cups

Peppermint Cups. These three ingredient peppermint cups are so easy. They are rich and full of chocolate. I use peppermint oil in them, but they also work with peppermint extract.

Bacon Cheddar Dip

Bacon Cheddar Dip. We needed some savory food to balance out all that sugar, so my daughter also made bacon cheddar dip. I made a huge pot of chili and served it with chips, queso, crackers, and a few other things.
