Quick and Easy Apple Recipes One of my favorite fall foods is apples. Of course I love apples all year long, but there is something about apples that just says fall.

And not only do I love apples this time of year, I love quick and easy recipes. Today I thought I would share a few of my favorite quick and easy apple recipes with you. 

Apple Muffins

Apple Muffins- I have been making these muffins for years. They are one of my favorites for this time of year. The recipe includes directions for making them gluten free.
