The hot weather has hit here in Oklahoma. That has put me in the mood for summer cooking.

Summer cooking means quick and easy meals that don’t heat up the house.

During the summer, I usually bake one day a week. That means I only turn on the oven one day a week and I don’t heat up the house every day.

It is also Father’s Day week, so I put a couple of fun desserts on the menu plan. One of them is a no bake dessert.

Here is this week’s menu plan.
