It is July and that means summer weather. For some of us, summer weather means that it is crazy hot.

Hot weather means that I do not want to use my oven any more than I have to. My goal is to use my oven one day a week cooking and baking everything that one day. It doesn’t always work out, but I try to plan my meals that way.
