It is that time of year when I struggle to menu plan. One day we have spring weather and the next day it is winter again. I want to bring out the grill, but I also still want soups on the menu plan.
This week’s menu plan reflects that. I am not ready to break out the grill, but the menu plan is full of comfort food type favorites and a few more spring like recipes.
