March is one of those months where the weather is all over the place. Cold and winter like one day and warm and spring like the next.
When the weather is all over the place I find that my menus vary a lot too. Some days I want a big bowl of soup and other days I want something lighter and more spring like. This week’s gluten free menu plan is kind of like the weather. It contains a wide variety of easy gluten free recipes.
